United States of
America: Skeletal Regeneration Ltd. formed in
May 2007. A joint venture company with Texas Biomedical
Devices, San Antonio, Texas for cGMP manufacturing and
global marketing for three OsteoScaf
products; commercial terms involve equity and revenue
sharing.
Canada: Tissue
Regeneration Therapeutics Inc. acquires 100% of common
and preferred shares of BoneTec Corporation of Toronto,
Ontario Feb. 2007 for cash and TRT equity.
