Canadian License: CReATe Cord Blood Bank, Toronto, Ontario; June 2006 exclusive license agreement for HUCPVC patents and know-how for familial cord mesenchymal stem cell banking; commercial terms include; upfront payment for technology access and minimum annual royalties (financial terms undisclosed).
Australia: Negotiations are underway for an exclusive national license with major Australian cord blood bank for HUCPVC patents and know-how for familial cord mesenchymal stem cell banking.
Canada: University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario; August 2004 exclusive license to HUCPVC patented technology and know-how for all uses within the global market.
Other jurisdictions are currently under early stage business development.
