TRT was founded on February 9, 2004 by Dr. John E. Davies and Dr. Morris Hosseini who financed the company through the early years of technology development.
The company completed the Series A round of private equity investment in June 2007.
To date, TRT has signed three exclusive licensing agreements securing the North American and Middle East markets and is actively looking to expand the scope of investment and licensing within Europe, Australia and Asia.
